What I do…

• I create bridges between the United States and China. 
• I catch problems before they happen.
• I learn languages. Not for the sake of the languages themselves, but because of the connections they open to other people and worlds. I speak Spanish and am working my way through Mandarin. Here's an interview of me with the founder of www.lingq.com.
• I manage projects. Right now, for not for profit hospitals, helping them clean up revenue streams and translate their data into meaningful change in organizational processes.
• I tutor other people that love language. I help Spanish and Mandarin speakers in finer points of the English language.
• I organize people who love China. I run a local group of China enthusiasts and am heading up increasing the internet presence of the local branch of the US China People’s Friendship Association. .
• I travel the world.

• An MBA focused on international business from Florida Atlantic University.
• A natural love of international and cross-cultural environments.
• Certification in business Spanish from the University of Wisconsin.
• Four years' experience working on cross-cultural, global teams.
• A lifetime’s experience living in multi-cultural environments.
• Four years' experience managing projects in complex, detail oriented environments.

What I believe…

• I believe that there is endless potential for bridges to be made between cultures of this planet, and that these bridges are best built by individuals.
• I believe in engaging in work and activities where results are proportionate to, or greater than effort invested.
• I believe that diversification is important, but focus is essential.
• I believe a person’s work is most valuable and most productive when they are fully invested…when it is a part of them.

Where I’m going…

• I am perfecting my linguistic skills.
• I am developing a method of aiding international students and new professionals navigate the complex American academic and professional environments.
